What data we process

Browsing data: when you visit the site, the systems that host it automatically record some technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the visit.

Data you send us: if you email us, we process your address and the information in your message.

The site has no sign-up forms, does not sell products online and uses no profiling or advertising tools.

Why we process it

To run the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

To answer your requests and, where relevant, to carry out a business relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and meet legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

How long we keep it

Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider only as long as needed to run and secure the site. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations.

Who can access it

Data is handled by authorised staff of G.M.C. di Cianti S.n.c. and by the providers that help us run the site and email, appointed as data processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Microsoft (email).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data is never sold or disclosed.
